As of July 15th there were 9931 homes available in the Denver Metro Area. This is an increase of 59% over this time last year, and marks the fifth month a row of growing inventory. In the mean time, pending properties are down for the last four months in a row, indicating that buyers are purchasing fewer homes each month. All of this means that we have 2.9 months of inventory available. These are numbers we haven’t seen in the last decade, and we have very nearly reached a buyers market in most neighborhoods of the Denver Metro Area. If you know someone looking for guidance in buying or selling in this market, please reach out to me. While the market is down, The Denver 100 continues to find ways to help buyers and sellers.
