Inventory has been growing over the last three months, and we now have 7620 homes available in the 8 county metro area. We have 17.6% higher inventory now than we did in April, and 61% over May 2023. We are seeing growth in the buyer pool, but it is not growing at the same pace as inventory. This is a unique situation for the Denver market, and ought to lead to a slowdown in pricing.
